COVID-19 – Level 4

Due to strong demand, we have reviewed whether we are able to resume operations now, rather than waiting for a move to Alert Level 3.

We have concluded that operating at Alert Level 4 is permissible under the non-food consumer products category.

However, to operate safely we are having to operate a bit slower.

Orders and dispatching

We have a significantly reduced staff presence in the warehouse, so it may take a little longer to dispatch your order.

NZ Post have also indicated that there are likely to be delays in processing and delivery.

Please note that our premises are closed to the public, so our collection service will not be available.

Our customer service team are working from home, and many of them are working around family commitments. Please bear with us! Enquiries will be responded to as soon as possible.

Please note that not all of our suppliers are operating, so we may be unable to provide quotes or order products for certain brands.
