Short supply

In the instance that a customer believes that Need A Part has supplied them with the incorrect quantity of products, the customer must notify Need A Part within 7 days of the order's delivery. Need A Part will conduct an investigation to confirm whether the correct quatity was dispatched and will work out a resolution with the customer at the completion of the investigation.

Damaged or lost in transit

In cases where orders are lost in transit or arrive damaged, the customer must notify Need A Part within 7 days of the order's delivery. In cases of damage, the customer must provide evidence of the damaged products and parcel.

All orders shipped within New Zealand are insured against damage or loss during transit for up to $250 NZD.

Orders shipped using Australia AirMail are insured against damage or loss during transit for up to $250 NZD.

Orders shipped using Australia Economy Courier are insured against damage or loss during transit for up to $2000 NZD.
