Orders delivered within New Zealand
Orders delivered to addresses inside New Zealand include GST at the rate of 15%.
Orders delivered to international destinations
We deliver to all nations except Russian Federation. Customers with orders delivered to destinations outside New Zealand may be liable for any import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties and any other charges related to imports imposed by the destination country.
For your convenience, we offer 3 different payment options:
Credit card: the fastest way to pay for your order is by credit card. This will allow us to have a your order dispatched on the next available courier. For your security, all credit transactions are directed through a secure gateway hosted by DPS Payment Solutions. We accept Visa and Mastercard, but not AMEX. There is no surcharge for credit card payments.
Bank deposit: if you can't or don't want to pay by credit card, you can deposit funds into our account using your online banking facility. We check our accounts daily and we will prepare your order for dispatch as soon as your payment has cleared.
Cheque: although this payment option can add an extra 3-5 days to your delivery time, we certainly do accept payment by cheque. We will prepare your order for dispatch as soon as the cheque arrives.
Delivery within New Zealand
All orders shipped within New Zealand use Domestic Tracked which is a New Zealand Post parcel post tracked service. Parcels can be delivered to physical and PO Box addresses New Zealand-wide.
Delivery costs: $7.00 to any address within New Zealand (includes Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands and Pitt Islands).
Dispatch timeframes: we dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to have all orders that are placed before 12pm dispatched the same day.
Delivery times: all deliveries have a delivery target of 1 - 3 business days from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived in this timeframe, please contact us so that we can give you an update on the service.
Tracking: parcels are tracked at every point of the delivery process, similar to a courier service. However, New Zealand Post only releases tracking information for pickup and delivery. All other information is only visible to New Zealand Post.

We offer Airmail and Courier options for all nations except Russian Federation.
Airmail is an untracked service with a delivery target of 3 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
There is no online tracking or signature required option on Airmail. Parcels can be delivered to physical and PO Box addresses.
Economy Courier is a tracked service with a delivery target of 2 - 6 working days from the date of dispatch. Online tracking is provided, and a signature is required.
Parcels can an be delivered to physical addresses but not PO Boxes.
Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can't guarantee that your parcel will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities may take longer.
For international shipping you will be required to select your delivery zone. As a general guide, Zone A is Australia, Zone B is the South Pacific, Zone C is East Asia, Zone D is Europe and North America, Zone E is the rest of the world. To be certain, you can check your country in our Delivery Zones section.
The price of international shipping varies as it is calculated on parcel weight. The price is calculated in the basket and will be displayed before you begin your order.
