What does 'nla' mean?

NLA

This means that we do not have any stock of this item and are no longer able to source it from our suppliers. If there are alternate products we will suggest them to you. These items may be genuine products from the original brand or generic products from other brand that we know to be compatible with the same models.

What does 'superseded' mean?

Superseded

This means that the product you were looking for has been discontinued, but there is an alternate product that can be used to replace it.

What does 'none left' mean?

None left

It means exactly that! We have none left. The product page will tell you how long it's been out of stock for, and what our plans for re-ordering are. You can leave your email address or phone number to be notified when it arrives back into stock. In some cases we may even have a substitute product that you can try instead.

What does 'we've run out' mean?

Stink! We've run out

This means that we have sold out of all of our available stock. When a product is out of stock, you may see one or more of the following:

When we went out of stock – this will tell you how long the product has been out of stock. We think this is important for you to know as it may affect your decision whether to go on the notification list, buy a substitute or just replace your appliance.

"We will be reordering this" – the product has not yet been re-ordered, but will go on the next order with our supplier.

"This will be reordered soon" – the product has been put on an order which we have not yet submitted to our supplier. We submit orders to are suppliers regularly, but there are occasionally delays as we wait until we have met a minimum order value.

"We reordered this" – this will tell you when we submitted our order to the supplier. We think this is important for you to know as it may affect your decision whether to go on the notification list, buy a substitute or just replace your appliance.

"We expect to receive stock in..." – when our supplier has informed us of a product's Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) we share that information with you. Please be aware that the timeframe is approximate and the reliability of this information will vary with different suppliers.

"Receive an email when it's back in stock" – you can temporarily add your email address to our waiting list. As soon as the product arrives, our system will automatically send a notification to every customer on the list. Your email address is deleted after the notification is sent, so you needn't be afraid of spam!

Compatibility

Most products on our site have a list of models so that you can be sure that the product is going to work with your appliance. You can click on any model in the compatibility list and it will take you to a page that includes all the parts for we stock for that particular model.

We strive to keep our compatibility lists up to date, but we can't guarantee that all compatible appliances will be listed. If you think our list is incomplete or incorrect, please get in touch.
