Service Agent Accounts
Need A Part is an official distributor of spare parts for Sunbeam, Sony and LG Electronics.
If you’re a service agent we can offer you trade pricing on these brands.
Registration is easy. We'll need to take a quick look to make sure you’re a legitimate business, but we usually approve accounts within a few hours.
We offer trade pricing where available. Currently, your service agent account will get you trade pricing on Sunbeam, Sony and LG products. You can of course order parts of any other brand, but you’ll have to pay the retail price.
To get trade pricing you must be signed in. Remember to sign in before placing your order, as we can't apply the discount after the fact.
We don't typically offer credit accounts. We work on a pay-as-you-go model, and give you many payment methods to choose from, including credit card, PayPal, Humm and bank transfer.
This works well for most of our customers, but if it doesn't work for you, please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
Orders are sent via CourierPost, which is typically an overnight service, but officially takes 1-2 days.
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched in the afternoon, and in most cases will be received the following day.
If you need something we don't have in stock, you can submit an enquiry. We'll get back to you with price and availability, and if you’re happy with the quote, you can place the order online. You can do this yourself, but you’re welcome to do it over the phone if you prefer.
Sunbeam warranty orders
Your Sunbeam warranty orders can be processed online, providing you have a claim number from Sunbeam.
Add the products to your basket as normal. If you are signed in to your service agent account, you will see a checkbox for "Sunbeam warranty claim" in the checkout. Enter the claim number you received from Sunbeam, and your order total will reduce to $0.00
Please ensure that your order contains only the products relevant to the warranty claim.
